Lame follow up
Cafe Press has, predictably, pulled the KILL BUSH stuff and put up this LAME statement.
What's missing?
How about "we're really sorry"? How about "we are taking action to ensure that the people responsible for these products will never do business with us again"? How about "we take responsibility for the content of our website"? How about "we recognize just how repugnant such products are and will strive to make sure such reprehensible filth does not again appear for sale on our servers"?
Lame. LAME. LAME!
Until such time as Cafe Press wants to issue a REAL statement, I say boycott!

Out of curiosity, do you approve every ad that appears on your web site before it can be displayed?
If an ad happened to display on your site that your disapproved of, how much apology do you think you should be giving?
Cafe Press isn't much more than a place for people to put up ads of printable items for sale, using pictures that they provided.
I'm not saying they're blameless, but they deserve a lot more slack than people are giving them.

well since you asked:
there are NO automatically generated ads on my website. everything here is put here BY ME after being chosen BY ME. I take 100% responsibility for everything here. if you bothered to look around, you'd notice that.
