Actually the National Review article states "I do not know whether any of the other campaigns have taken notice of the DoJ brief, but Fred has".
To say only one candidate has would not be accurate. I know Ron Paul has a pro-gun voting history but I'm not at each and every speaking engagement to hear if he has mentioned the DC ban.
