As of this writing, John McCain is doing worse than "other" in my 2008 GOP Straw Poll! I wonder who among the "others" is standing out? If you are an "other" voter, please let us know your leanings in the comments.
And although he hasn't said he's running... Newt Gingrich might be able to run away with the nomination, based on what I read him saying in the latest Limbaugh Letter. Details to follow...
My top 3:
Tom Tancredo
Tim Pawlenty
Newt Gingrich

I've always liked Fred Thompson - and as someone else has mentioned, we did pretty well the last time we elected a Republican actor...

Tom Tancredo is my #1 choice. I could certainly see myself supporting Fred Thompson as well.

I've been voting for Condi every day for quite a while, but her percentage is staying at 46%.
Are the same people voting, ie no newbies, and are they as determined as I am that their candidate win? ;^)

there is probably some repeat voting, but as far as Condi goes, looking at the numbers, about half with (as of now) close to 900 total votes, it would take about 18 new votes all going for Condi with no other voting to shift her by a point. She's pretty stable. It's all the others who are volatile. And "other" is surging (relatively).
