Now that summer is here, it is time to beat the heat! How to stay cool with the heat and the humidity? Hit the pool or the beach, of course! But there are things you need to know before you head out the door.

UPDATE: shortly after Michelle Malkin linked this, someone at the Massachusetts Government website pulled the life-vest and water-safety information.  Coincidence?  I doubt it!  But thanks to one of my commenters, you can see the original document through Google cache.
