Good timing

Just the other day I was telling my parents about how the Oregon Department of Transportation is utterly useless when it comes to maintaining and improving our roads, and how it would be great if local governments could take control and do it themselves.  Then this morning I received this in my inbox.

If only the rest of the state could take charge and move forward the way Springfield has over the last several years...
